FIRST TIME TO SIGN IN?

• Your email is your user name.  Enter your user name/email in User Name box
• Click the Forgot Your Password? link below the Sign In button
• You will be sent an email with a link to create your password.  The email will be from tencapadmin@tencap.co.uk
• Log in with your new password
• You will have to do the Wizard self-rating page, but it will NOT impact your rating.
• You will be asked to agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policies (a simple click to agree to standard policies)
• Update your profile by clicking on Edit Profile next to your name on your My Dashboard. Accurate email, primary phone, city & state, and DOB are most important.  Your teammates will be glad to have your contact info
