FIRST TIME TO SIGN IN?

• Your email is your user name.  Enter your user name/email in User Name box
• Click the Forgot Your Password? link below the Sign In button
• You will be sent an email with a link to create your password.  The email will be from tencapadmin@tencap.co.uk
• Log in with your new password
• You will have to do the Wizard self-rating page, but it will NOT impact your rating.
• Update your profile by clicking on Edit Profile next to your name on your My Dashboard. Accurate email, primary phone, city & state, and DOB are most important.  Your teammates will be glad to have your contact info.
• IF you did not have a current email address in your most recent Tencap or Tenniscores profile, contact the League or your club staff with your current email so your profile can be updated and you can sign in.
